How do I reserve a new home?

Once you have spoken to the selling agent, a reservation fee reserves your new home and during this reserved period it will be withdrawn from sale. We will then ask you to exchange contracts and pay a deposit on exchange, which is usually within 28 days of reservation. The reservation fee and deposit are then deducted from the price of your home.

How much money is required as a reservation fee?

We usually require a minimum £1000 as a reservation fee.

Is my reservation fee refundable?

The reservation fee is usually non refundable.

What warranty will you provide with my new home?

Your new home will be covered by the NHBC 10 year insurance scheme covering the structural integrity the building. Full details of the cover is outlined on the NHBC website.

Can I pick my kitchen and bathroom?

Yes. One of the best things about buying a new home is that you can tailor it to suit you perfectly. You can choose your kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, wall and floor coverings from our nominated suppliers list. You can even upgrade if you want something a little more special.
